  • Customers can spend up to $1,000 in a single transaction.
  • Customers can put up to $500 on a single card.

FAQ's

  • How much can I load on a gift card?
    • Sevenoaks gift cards can be loaded with amounts ranging from $5 to $500 per card.
  • Is there a maximum or minimum I can purchase? 
    • The minimum amount that can be loaded to a gift card is $5.
    • Individuals can purchase up to 10 cards at the gift card kiosk with a maximum total spend of $1,000 a day
    • To purchase more than that please purchase your cards from our administration office  
    • Personal/corporate purchases of $10,000+ need 2-3 business days of extra processing time for a bank approval 
  • Do the funds on a Sevenoaks gift card expire?
    • The funds on a Sevenoaks gift cards never expire and are not subject to any maintenance, or monthly fees. 
    • Please note that as of November 15, 2022, Peoples Trust Company issues all Sevenoaks Shopping Centre. It's important to note that the funds on the card are not insured by Canada Deposit Insurance Corporation (CDIC) or any other government deposit issuer or agency. However, the gift cards won't expire or decrease in value. 
  • I lost my gift card, what do I do? 
    • In case of loss or theft, contact sevenoaks@morguard.com for assistance and provide a copy of your receipt or transaction details.
  • How do I check my balance?
    • To check your card balance, visit getmybalance.com or call 1.800.755.0085.
    • Once you are on the getmybalance.com website, enter the 16-digit number on the back of the card and the 6-digit SC number located on the bottom right of the card.
  • Can I cancel or refund a Sevenoaks gift card? 
    • Sevenoaks Shopping Centre gift cards can not be canceled, refunded, or redeemed for cash. 
  • Are Sevenoaks gift cards reloadable? 
    • No, our cards are not reloadable, but there is no fee for purchasing a new card.
  • My card was declined but I know there is money on it. Why? 
    • If a store attempts to redeem a value higher than that of your gift card, it will be declined.
    • If you plan to buy something that costs more than the stored value on your gift card, kindly inform the store employee of the card's balance so that they can split the transaction if it's feasible in their system. You can check the gift card's balance by visiting getmybalance.com.

Card funds are not insured by Canada Deposit Insurance Corporation (CDIC) or any other government deposit issuer or agency. Gift cards do not expire or decrease in value. The card is subject to terms and conditions stated in the Card Holder Agreement here.

Please be aware that Sevenoaks Shopping  Centre only sells online gift cards through our site here. We do not partner with third-party gift card sellers or sell gift cards on other websites.
