HOW TO ORDER 

  1. Download the ORDER FORM
  2. Email completed form to sevenoaks@morguard.com
  3. You will receive a response within 48 business hours confirming your order and advising you of your pick up time
  4. Arrive at our admin office to complete payment and pick up your cards- please plan for 10-15 minutes for this process 

FAQ's

  • What payment methods are accepted? 
    • You can purchase your corporate and/or large order of Sevenoaks Shopping Centre Cards using Debit, Mastercard, and Visa. We are unable to accept International credit cards, American Express, cash or cheques.
  • How much can I load on a gift card?
    • Sevenoaks gift cards can be loaded with amounts ranging from $5 - $500 a card
  • Is there a min or max amount that can be purchased at one time? 
    • To receive the 4% BONUS CARD a minimum spend of $1000 is required. 
    • Any orders of $10,000+ will require 2-4 business days extra of processing for bank approval
  • Where do I pick up my cards from? 
    • You can pick up from our Administration office which is on the second floor of the shopping centre (there are stairs by Hudson's Bay or an elevator by Chatters)
    • Our office is open Monday - Friday 9am-5pm and closed on all holidays
  • Can my bonus card be broken into smaller card amounts? 
    • Yes. During the confirmation process let us know what denominations of cards you would like the bonus card to be split into. 
  • Do all Sevenoaks retailers accept Sevenoaks gift cards? 
    • Most retailers do accept Sevenoaks Gift Cards except the following:

As of November 15, 2022 all Sevenoaks Shopping Centre Gift Cards are issued by Peoples Trust Company. Card funds are not insured by Canada Deposit Insurance Corporation (CDIC) or any other government deposit issuer or agency. Gift cards do not expire or decrease in value. The card is subject to terms and conditions stated in the Card Holder Agreement here.

Please be aware that Sevenoaks Shopping  Centre only sells online gift cards through our site here. We do not partner with third-party gift card sellers or sell gift cards on other websites. Due to gift card regulatory requirements, we are unable to fulfil online gift card orders purchased with international credit cards.
