Emergency Contact/ Tenant Key Holder Form
The Administration, Operations, and Security offices will each receive a complete set of the updated Tenant Key Holder forms. It is kept strictly CONFIDENTIAL. This list is used when emergencies arise or if your store/office does not open for business on time. Return completed form to our Administration Office.

Before & After Mall Hours Form
If you will be in your premises at Sevenoaks before or after mall hours (due to inventory, staff meetings, events, etc.) return this completed form to our Administration Office.

Key Fob Form
New Key Fobs require a payment of $10 per Key Fob. Lost/stolen Fobs must be reported immediately so that they can be deactivated, and a replacement Fob can be issued for a $10 fee. Defective Key Fobs will be replaced at no cost. Return completed form to our Administration Office.

Readerboard Form
To submit a posting on our electronic readerboard please return completed form to our Administration Office.
Please note: each tenant is provided with 3 free months on rotation. You may also purchase time outside of your schedule. If you are uncertain of your rotation please contact the Marketing Department.
